The Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Edo State Council , Comrade Festus Alenkhe will on Saturday April 27, 2024 receive the “Edo Achievers Award.”
The award will be presented to comrade Alenkhe during the premier of Netflix Movie in Edo Culture, Iyeoba.
Venue is the Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub, Airport Road, Benin City, beginning at 3pm.
In a letter, the initiators of the programme said that, the Edo NUJ chairman was selected for the award due to his exemplary leadership style which culminated in the positive remodelling of youths mindset and his relentless contributions towards the development of journalism in Edo State.
