As Nigerians mourn the death of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu who died at the age of 81, who is from the eastern part of the country, another Iroko from the that region part has fallen again.
He is the Senator who represents Anambra South, and an All Progressives Congress (APC) bigwig, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah. He died at the age 52.
According to reports, he was said to have died in a hotel in London, the United Kingdom.
It was said that the Senator left Nigeria for London two days ago.
Ubah was a Nigerian Politician, entrepreneur and businessman who until his death served as the CEO of Capital Oil (CCO), which he founded in 2001.
Recall that in September 2022, Ubah escaped assassination attempt when he was attacked by gunmen on his way to Nnewi in Enugwu-Ukwu in Anambra State.
His convoy was shot at and at least five persons, including two policemen, were killed.
He survived as the vehicle he was riding in was bulletproof.
