Dissatisfied members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, majorly youths and women, have chased out the state executives of the party from their secretariat following the outcome of the just concluded gubernatorial primaries of the party that threw up three winners.
The aggrieved members who stormed the secretariat very early in the morning, converted it to a rendezvous for dinning and wining.
They called for the outright sack of the state exco led by acting Chairman, Jarret Tenebe.
The crowd who were led by the Youth leader of the party, Tony Adun also known as Kabaka forced their way into the offices and brought out furniture, bags of rice and other equipments and vowed to stay at building for seven days.
Adun said that they were protesting against the conduct of the officials at Saturday’s primary election of the party which threw up three winners.
He vowed that they would not leave the premises until the exco do the needful. They also said that they would cook, eat and stay there for seven days.
