Emmanuel Aigbe, a barber in Benin City, Edo state has declared a one month free haircuts for children ahead of school resumption date.
Declaring the one month free service open, he said it was part of his giving back to the community where he offers his services.
Aigbe who owns a beauty and barbing salon along Stadium road in Benin City, said he decided to offer the free service to children as a way of reducing the financial burdens on parents as children set to resume the next term few weeks from now.
Speaking to a citizen-journalist, he further appreciated his customers who have been patronizing him over the years, which he said, has given him the strength to be able to give the little support he could to the community.
Aigbe also used the opportunity to request others to see how they can use whatever businesses they do in their various communities to add value to their hosts as life is all about giving and taking.
