Hundreds of beneficiaries of Hon. Esosa Iyawe Free Medical Outreach have lauded the member representing Oredo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Esosa Iyawe for providing a free medical services for them
Speaking for the beneficiaries during the free medical exercise in Benin, Kate Eguavon said that the Honourable member’s gesture has demonstrated his love for the members of his constituent.
She said that his timely intervention in providing free medical services to the people has put the people back on tracks, noting that posterity will be very kind to him for coming through for them.
Eguavon further called on other lawmakers to emulate Hon. Iyawe who has prioritized the health needs of his constituency so that the state will be a heathy state because healthy people make up a healthy state.
Speaking also, the All Progressives Congress (APC) youth leader of Oredo ward 2, Comrade Arase Ehigiator, commended the lawmaker for championing the course that will benefit the common man on the streets.
He said the issues of healthcare is very serious due to the economic situation of the country but Iyawe has decided to make it free and accessible at the moment through his medical outreach.
He lauded the honourable for his good work just as he urged members of the constituent to leverage on the free medical exercise to examine themselves and get treated for free.
The representative of Hon. Esosa Iyawe, Comrade Michael Egbonoje, said the idea was conceived by his principal to ensure healthy living of the members of his constituent.
He said the healthcare practitioners are drawn from standard hospitals .
Newstracktoday reports that the ongoing free medical treatment solely sponsored by Hon. Iyawe to ensure the healthy living of his constituents.
The medical records also indicated that over two thousand people have so far benefited from the free medical outreach.
The three contact places are Scout Field after the Ogba Zoo, Airport Road, 3rd Junction by the Motor Park and Oliha Market by the Junction.
It is also reported that many turned out for free medical check up, diagnoses and consultations from qualified medical professionals.
According to information made available by a member of the health committee who preferred anonymity, said the three days free medical exercise may be extended
