The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of D Prince Builders and Estate Developers, Engr. Cyril Omoregie has said a total of 2000 houses would be built, completed and handed over to their owners within three years at the Prince Builders City.
He disclosed this when he led subscribers from the United Kingdom (UK), Norway, Italy, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow to show them their landed property at D Prince Builders City at Obaretin in Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of Edo State.
According to him “We look into three years plan for this estate that everything is going to be completed, developed, everything is going to be functional.
“We are looking at three years and you are looking at today. We are looking at the government’s vision. We are looking at the future infrastructure. We are looking at everything that will make an estate conducive and comfortable for the people of Edo State and the people of Nigeria”
Engr. Omoregie who is also the chairman of the Association of Estate Development, Edo State chapter, said, he has chosen to take them round their property because they made the payment without being physically present adding that, it is good for them to see what their money, trust and confidence have earned them.

While highlighting the features of the estate and possibly method of payment, he admitted that an instalment payment is allowed.
“We give you everything that you need to be comfortable in an estate. We have the commercial plots, you have the residential plots. The residential plots are for bungalows and duplexes, which all of them are same structures. We have the commercial plots where you have for shopping mall, you have for gas station, you have for event centers, you have for clubs, you have for schools and lots more.
“Those commercial plots are plot that you can buy and build these commercial businesses and you get return of investment. And also for the residential is what is already through the Edo State Government, we already have the layout planned already. We have bungalow, and you have duplexes which you can subscribe and you can pay in instalments. We have the lands available currently for 7.5 million and the land is available”, he said.
Expressing satisfaction, one of the subscribers who resides in Norway, Mr. Austin Osayende Iyamu said he has acquired six plots of land and is in the process of acquiring a total of 10.
He said he came to Nigeria specifically for the project and was pleased with what he saw.
Mr. Iyamu also said the tour provided him with new information about the place, such as an alternative access route to the project via Airport Road, which he was previously unaware of.
For Happy Igbineweka Ewere also known as Elmadora Hair, resident in UK, she commended the D Prince Builders CEO for keeping to his promise adding that, she subscribed and made her payments via online last year and that she was not deceived.
She said she was happy that promise made was kept.
