The founder of God’s Greater Grace General Assembly Intl Incorporated Benin, Rev Sunny Akenbor and his lovely wife, Pastor Mrs. Amen Akenbor topped dignitaries that graced the 2025 Annual Classic Dinner organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Edo State council.
The event which took place at the Uyi Grand Hotel, Benin, saw other dignitaries from the political cycle, religious, traditional and the Journalistic profession in attendance.
Though the event was not a speech making day but for those in the pen profession to dine and unwind, it didn’t stop persons like Rev. Sunny Akenbor and his wife who value what the Journalists do to make the society a better place for everyone to share their thoughts and give their kind piece of advice as necessary.
Rev. Sunny Akenbor commended the leadership of the union ably led by Comrade Festus Alenkhe for putting up such an event which afforded Journalists in the state the opportunity to come together to share a joyful moment together.
He said Journalists in the state have made the state proud through their unbiased reportage.
Akenbor urged them to further keep doing their good jobs for the betterment of Edo State and the society at large.
Not left out, his amiable wife, Pastor Mrs Amen Akenbor used the opportunity to pray for the Journalists in the state that God Almighty should continue to strengthen, safeguard and protect them as they carry out their day-to-day activities.
